HUGE problems setting Minix Neo8h up with PQ Labs G4 touch element

I got a PQLabs G4 touch element and downloaded the driver pack from their pages (small link in supported OS section)

I'm trying to install. And I'm failing. Starting from the fact that "make" command is missing.

Instructions (with questions behind //// ) below

PQLabs Android Driver Compile Steps:
1. extract pqlabs_driver.tar.gz; /// DONE
2. edit the Makefile in the extracted folder:
(MAKEFILE CONTENTS BELOW)
