How to install Flash player

Hi Guys
First time poster so please be gentle!!
I have just purchased this fantastic box but there's a major issue...No Flash Player!!
I have downloaded the Adobe Flash Player.apk and installed it but no luck with any of the browsers I have installed
I want to watch Premier League Pass thru SmartDNS and have downloaded the app but the bitrate is way too low at 3000 k/b
When I watch thru my PC on Chrome it allows a max of 4500 K/b
I hope someone can post an idiots guide to installing flash...
